Just before this year’s production of Alice in Wonderland, the College held the annual Woman of Achievement Lecture. The lecture, given by Vice President for College Programs Jean Jackson, ‘75, showcased Alice and beloved tradition’s history.Â
Meredith’s annual Alumnae Reunion Weekend will be held on May 17-19, 2024.
Each semester, the Alumnae Association and Office of Alumnae Relations hosts a student-focused event to engage, support, and foster outreach to all current students. This semester has featured events focused on Valentine’s Day and Meredith’s Alice in Wonderland tradition.
91¶ÌÊÓƵ raised $1,419,575 in 24 hours during the College’s ninth annual Make It Count for Meredith Giving Day, held on February 27, 2024. The fundraising event exceeded its $1.1 million fundraising goal by more than $300,000, and a total of 2,630 donors contributed to the campaign.

Join Angel Adventures the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Alumnae Travel Program on one of these upcoming tours.
A 50th reunion is a meaningful milestone, and classes celebrating this significant occasion take part in the tradition of generously giving back to 91¶ÌÊÓƵ. Officially launched in 2016 with the Class of 1971, the 50th reunion gift program encourages support for a class gift that will have a lasting impact at Meredith.
The 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Alumnae Association has supported new students in a variety of ways so far this semester from welcoming them to campus to fun events for them to meet new people.Â
Justine Whitfield, Meredith’s new Director of Admissions, brings to the College a passion for education and a strong background in admissions and enrollment management, most recently as Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at East Carolina University.
As the 2024-25 school year began, new teachers in the Triangle area received some encouragement from their 91¶ÌÊÓƵ faculty when the Education Department made teacher workday visits.
On the first day of Faculty/Staff Planning Week, President Aimee Sapp set the tone for the new academic year with her Opening of School address.
