Meredith Brand Resources for Faculty/Staff Use

During the 2020-21 academic year, 91Ƶ refreshed the Going Strong brand campaign. It is essential that every community member follow the new guidelines to present a consistent, cohesive image.

To support that goal, the Marketing Department is providing faculty and staff with updated brand resources. You can always find these and other brand resources on the .

EMAIL SIGNATURE
The brand lockup graphic can be used as part of your email signature. We are providing the brand lockup as an image graphic and also a text option if you don’t want to use the image graphic due to file size. The image or text based graphic should be placed below your email signature name, etc.

How to insert the image graphic in Outlook:

Right click on graphic
Copy
Select File on your menu bar
Select Option
Select Mail
Select Signatures
Paste graphic into signature box
Save

How to insert the image graphic in Gmail:

Right click on graphic
Copy
Select Settings
Scroll down to Signature
Paste graphic into signature box
Right click on graphic and select small or medium for the size.
Save

For the email graphic text option, simply copy and paste the text into the signature box using the steps outlined above.

POWERPOINT TEMPLATE

The Powerpoint template consists of a title slide and text slide template. Slides should be added as needed.

The logo should never be used smaller than 1” wide.The logo should only be used in maroon, black or white.

JPEG and PNG files will work well in web pages, Microsoft Word documents or PowerPoint presentations.

Use EPS files when you need the highest possible resolution for professional printing. Contacthelpgraphics@meredith.edufor the EPS file.
